Production Services
Lead Times Decorated:
• New orders require 5-7 working days after art approval on in stock items up to catalog quantity of 125 items.
• Exact repeat orders require approximately 3-5 working  days (applies to catalog items, quantities and availability).
• Blanks 3-5 days.
Laser Lead Times
• Normal lead times are 5-7 working days after art approval, based on inventory available.
Subsurface Laser Lead Times 2D and 3D
• Normal lead times are 5-7 working days after art approval based on in-stock items at catalog quantity. Please call for higher quantity discounts Sample Services
Random Samples
• Subject to availability, contact customer service.
• Please provide complete purchase order.
• Samples are billed at 25% off EQP.
• Samples are sold at a “no return policy.”
Overrun Samples
• Please request at time of order.
• Billed at order quantity price.
Shipping Services
Shipping/Handling
• Standard shipping methods are UPS or FedEx.
• Special shipping methods and requests are subject to additional handling charges.
• All international shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
• A $7.00 net per master carton handling fee is charged on Shipments are FOB: Celina, Ohio; Cebu, Philippines; and Guangdong, China.

Freight Policy
Carefully inspect your order immediately to assure there was no damage during shipment.
Foreign Shipments
• All shipments outside of the United States incur a $20 net documentation fee per location.
• Contact name and phone numbers, including city and country code, must be provided for all international shipments.
• All international shipments must be UPS or FedEx.
Damage Claims
• Carefully inspect your order immediately to assure damage did not occur in shipment.
• If damage occurs contact our customer service department immediately.
• Claims are not possible if any reshipment has occurred.
Drop Shipments/Split Shipments
• $5.00 net per package, plus shipping and handling, when a hardcopy list is provided.
• $4.00 net per package, plus shipping and handling, when a detailed list of items and ship to information are provided on a disk or by email in an approved Excel format.
Freight Claims
• Freight Claims must be initiated by the recipient.
• Goods are shipped at buyer’s risk, with title passing to recipient at FOB point.
• Eighth Floor is unable to guarantee on-time delivery or the safety of goods once turned over to a recognized carrier.
• All claims must be made by the recipient against the appropriate carrier within 15 working days.
• In every instance, it is essential that all original shipping cartons, packing materials, and damaged product(s) be retained by recipient until claim is settled.
• Claims are not possible if any reshipment has occurred.
Trademarks
• Use of trademarks and copyrights are the responsibility of the customer.
• The logos, designs and trademarks shown in this catalog have been reproduced as examples of the types of customizing available. They are not presented for resale and are not intended as product or brand name endorsements by or for the
trademark owner.

Guarantee
We will gladly replace any reasonable defects in a Dimensions award. Variations of size, color, and/or pattern are characteristic of art quality in handmade awards and are not considered defects. Please note that small bubbles, chill marks, and other variations are inherent in crystal and glass and do not constitute product defects. Surface variation, grain, texture, veining and surface cracking are natural
occurrences in natural materials and may affect your copy; however, as they cannot be avoided when using natural materials, no replacement will be provided for these occurrences.

Art Services
Artwork
• All artwork is subject to factory approval.
• Electronic art is preferred (see art specifications).
• Please provide non-electronic art camera ready.
• Email: your customer service representative,sales@email.com, or art@email.com.
• E-mail must include purchase order number and contact information.
3D Modeling
• 3D Modeling art charge $60 hr. net
Changes/Cancellations
• Provide all changes to the factory in writing.
• After art approval, production begins; changes after this time may be subject to additional charges.
• Cancellations may be subject to partial or full charges.
Custom Orders
• 50% deposit is required on custom orders.
• All custom orders require a prototype.
• Prototypes will be billed separately, including tooling, imprint, materials, and other associated charges.
• Call factory for a quote and lead time.
• Minimum quantity may apply depending on materials and processes used. Please call for more information.
Colorfilling: Crystal, Glass, Screenprint &
Laser Engraved Products
• Tight registration or fine art will need to be approved.
• Colorfilling not available on Barware and Stemware.
• Standard colorfill on ebony is bright gold.
• Standard colorfill on white agate stone is classic gold.
• Standard colorfill on multi-colored slate, cappuccino stone, and sterling agate stone is black.
